Multiples of 250

Mr Wright says that because it’s so hot all the children must drink a quarter of a litre of water each, during their PE lesson. There are five children in the football group, six in the tennis group, 12 in the rounders group and 7 in the athletics group. If all the children drink a quarter of a litre of water ...
  1. How many millilitres do the football team drink altogether?
  2. How many millilitres do the tennis group drink altogether?
  3. How many millilitres do the athletics team drink altogether?
  4. How many millilitres do the rounders team drink altogether?
  5. The teacher also drinks a quarter of a litre of water. How much water do the class and teacher drink altogether?

  2. To work out the answer you have to do {quarter of a litre} 250 x 5 and that is 1250.
To get the answer you do 250 x 6 which is 1500. bye for now
